Project Overview – Mowajih AI

Mowajih AI is an innovative web platform based on artificial intelligence, designed to support students in their academic and professional choices through personalized recommendations tailored to their interests, personality, and aspirations. The project was developed as part of INJAZ Al-Maghrib's Company Program, with support from Attijariwafa Bank and Citibank, and participated in regional and national competitions organized by INJAZ.

My Role – Data Collection Manager

Within the Mowajih AI team, I held the role of Data Collection Manager, with the main mission of designing and structuring the data collection strategy, collecting relevant data on student profiles (interests, background, aspirations, skills), cleaning, organizing, and preparing datasets for artificial intelligence model training, collaborating with the technical team to ensure the quality and relevance of data used, and ensuring data consistency with personalized recommendation objectives. This role was essential to improve the accuracy, reliability, and relevance of recommendations generated by the AI model.

Problematic

Students often face strong pressure when it comes to choosing their academic or professional path. Repetitive questions such as 'What major do you choose?' or 'What do you want to do later?' can accentuate feelings of confusion and uncertainty. Traditional guidance solutions generally rely on poorly personalized advice, specialized agencies often expensive or inaccessible, and limited support from guidance counselors. These approaches rarely take into account the uniqueness of each student, particularly their skills, interests, and personal ambitions.

Our Approach

Mowajih AI offers an intelligent and personalized approach to academic and professional guidance. The platform relies on artificial intelligence, analysis of preferences and personality, academic and professional aspirations, and a continuously updated database. Each student thus receives recommendations adapted to their unique profile, taking into account job market developments and academic opportunities.

Competitions & Distinctions

Thanks to INJAZ Al-Maghrib's Company Program, our team had the opportunity to participate in several major competitions:

• Winner of the Meknès regional competition - Organized at the Faculty of Sciences of Meknès, facing teams from different institutions of Moulay Ismail University.
• Participation in the INJAZ national competition - Prizes won at the national level: Best Service Award (awarded by Citibank) and Responsible Entrepreneur Award (awarded by Attijariwafa Bank).
