SI_EHC is a complete multi-tenant platform for training management, covering the entire lifecycle: catalog, campaigns, selections, approval workflows, planning, trainer tracking, QCM, and reporting. The platform enables efficient management through 8 user types, each with a personalized dashboard: Super Admin, RRH (HR Manager), Employees, Manager, RF (Training Manager), FI (Internal Trainer), OF (Training Organization), and FE (External Trainers).

Conclusion

The SI_EHC project represents a major achievement as a project manager, combining technical expertise, team management, and full-stack development. This project demonstrates my ability to coordinate large projects, supervise teams, and develop complex and scalable SaaS solutions.
